When editing skylanders to the SkyReader tool, make sure it already has experience points and money so when the reader reads the toy, all squares should be green. Don't edit a blank/unused resetted skylander because you'll get red squares on some or most of the 10 squares. Just kill a few monsters and break open a few chests to get your starter XP & coins.

Do NOT use senseis, imaginators, OR traps on SkyReader! They have fortified state-of-the-art anti-cheat security systems made by Activision to prevent any short cuts. However the traps you can just use GUI and reset them OR if you want you can save the unevolved villain copy in there, make a copy to the trap, go to the game and evolve the villain. Then if you want to DEvolve the villain then just write the GUI save to your trap. The senseis & imaginators MUST be played by the rules or it's GAME OVER!

I have a quick question about Skyreader. There is a button called Show Data and Clear Data. What do the data that are there mean?

Sniper was... probably cut because he was a terrible idea for anything other than playtesting. It's like something one of the kids playing the game would come up with. It's a goblin, but he's got a gun and a sniper rifle and a tactical claymore... They're just guns, like, realistic guns. One attack like that would've been easy enough to explain to the publisher with "It's just a placeholder, it's gonna be changed" but the whole concept is like that and there's no way the the publisher would allow this

Gaint’s is fantastic but I do love the first game more although gaints I have alot of good memories with my dad and little brother.

I grew up on skylanders giants, good to see representation from fans of it!

Am super late but I might have a theory of why sniper troll was made. So here’s some Skylanders trivia here: apparently there were plans to add more Spyro characters like hunter however they scrapped him in favor for Shroom Boom. And Sniper troll shares the same file name as Shroom Boom like you said. So basically Sniper Troll was going to be hunter but they use a Troll as a placeholder. As for why he was scrapped? Well it was because of the hate they received back then. And as unfortunate as that sounds am kinda glad they did in favor of something original. And for him being left in the files? The devs were close to hitting the deadline and so kinda forgot him.

This was the moment I realized this game was one step above the other games, the fact that they even tried something like this astounds me to this day, and is why superchargers is the best game in the series
